Free intro class · Kyiv studio

Your first class is free, and the terms are plain

The intro class exists so you can try guided movement before you commit to anything. Read the terms once, then choose a slot that fits your week.

What the free class covers

  • First visit only. One free intro session per person, for newcomers to the studio.
  • Booked in advance. Intro groups are capped at 12 places, so we confirm your slot before you travel across the city.
  • Subject to availability. If a class is full we offer the nearest open slot in the same week.
  • No card details. Nothing is charged online and nothing is stored for the intro session.
  • 50 minutes with an instructor. A teacher stays with the group and offers a gentler version of each movement.

Wear clothes you can move in and bring water. Change rooms and lockers are on site. If you need to cancel, tell us at least four hours before the class so the place can go to someone else.
