What eight weeks of beginner practice actually builds

One capability per week, checked by an instructor before you move on. Nobody is pushed ahead of their own breath.

  1. Week 1

You find neutral spine and steady breath lying down, with a block under the knees.

  2. Week 2

You roll down and back up a wall without help, keeping the ribs soft.

You hold a 40-second plank with guided breath.

  4. Week 4

You complete a full roll-up with soft knees and no momentum.

    Level 1
  5. Week 5

You balance on one leg for 20 seconds each side, gaze fixed.

  6. Week 6

You hold a forearm side plank for 15 seconds on each side.

    Level 2
  7. Week 7

You move through four exercises in sequence without being cued.

    Level 2
  8. Week 8

You lead your own 12-minute warm-up from memory.

04 / Instructors

Who is actually teaching your intro class

Every intro class is led by one of two teachers, never by a rotating substitute. Both hold current certifications and both teach the Intro level themselves, so week one and week eight are guided by the same pair of hands.

05 — Questions

Safety, first visits and the practical details

The six answers we repeat most often at the studio door. For anything else, call +380 969 348 2699 or read the weekly timetable first.

Do I need experience before an Intro class?

No. Intro classes are beginner-only groups capped at 12, and the instructor opens each session with a short movement assessment so nobody is asked to do something their body is not ready for. Props, blocks and straps are always available.

What does the free intro class include?

One 50-minute beginner session, first visit only, one per person, booked in advance and subject to availability. No card details are taken and no membership is required afterwards.

What should I bring and wear?

Comfortable clothes you can bend in, bare feet or grip socks, and a water bottle. Mats and small props are provided and wiped down between classes, so there is nothing to buy before your first visit.

I have a back issue or I am pregnant. Can I still join?

Speak to us before booking. Gentle Start is usually the right entry point, and we ask for your clinician's clearance where relevant. Instructors offer regressions at every step, and you are always free to rest.

How do cancellations and class packs work?

Cancel at least 4 hours before the start time and the class returns to your pack. Packs carry a published validity window and expiry date, shown in full on our pricing terms. No payment is taken online.

How do I book my first slot?

Pick a time from the weekly timetable at 07:30, 12:30, 19:00 or 20:15, then send a booking request through the booking form. We reply within one working day to confirm your place.
