• Identification and contact data you enter in a booking or enquiry form: name, phone number, email address.
• Booking details: service requested, preferred date and time, notes you choose to provide.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and analytics identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to respond to enquiries, confirm and deliver bookings, provide pre-contract information, keep accounting records, and improve the website. The legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legal obligations. Processing is carried out under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX від 25.04.2024 and, for electronic communications, Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020. Pre-contract information is provided in line with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.
