3. Booking requests
A submitted form is a request only. A contract forms when we confirm your place and payment in writing. Classes, instructors and prices are shown before you confirm; we may correct obvious errors before acceptance, applying fair terms and clear pricing under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
4. Schedule, pricing, cancellation
Schedules and prices may change; the price confirmed at booking applies. Cancel at least 12 hours before class for a credit or refund; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Unused memberships are refundable pro rata within 14 days, less classes attended.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss caused by failing to follow instructor guidance. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
6. Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@marketingpruo.com or +380 969 348 2699; we reply within 30 days. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to a court under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
7. Advertising and data
Class and instructor claims are accurate and identifiable as advertising where applicable (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996). Booking data is processed to handle your request; non-essential cookies and analytics run only with prior consent (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX від 25.04.2024, Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020).
